10/1/12

Hello, Hello, Hello,

I am so excited we are going to finish our very first novel this week!  Students have been very excited and opinionated about our main character Gilly.  She is developing into a well rounded person and everyone is eating it up!  We have also written our very first essay and I am excited to read them.  We will continue writing this week and working on prepositions.


Every Week-
Monday- Copy and Spell, WOD, Tuesday- Word Meaning, WOD, Wednesday-Word Study, WOD, Thursday-Cover an Spell/Edit for Spelling, WOD

Monday- Thursday = Read 20 minutes and write two descriptive sentences about what they read.
By Friday- Cursive (This is given out on Monday and two words will be chosen as bonus spelling words.)

Grammar-Monday-page 10 and 11 ,Tuesday- page 11 and 12,Wednesday-page 13 and 14                                           

 Writing-  Scuba Paper  

 Reading- Chapter 12, Chapter 13, Chapter 14, Chapter 15, Vocabulary
